How do I check if I am in Standard or Bridge (Boost )Mode? and Should I see all of my speakers as Media players on my laptop?

Hi there,

If you have any Sonos unit connected to your network, your system should be in Boost mode. You can double check by going into the settings menu and checking "About my Sonos system." If you are in Boost mode, you should see WM:0. If you are in standard, you should see WM:1.

Regarding your second question: assuming you are using Windows, then Sonos players should show as media players in Explorer so long as your network is marked as Private. You might also need to enable network discovery.
