I am unable to contact support. I have spent hours trying to get Voice Assistant to work. It tells me I must first put my country in my profile, which I have done, but it still won’t let me. The microphone is not working.

Did you get an answer? You can login and logout but it won’t proceed with the install


I’ve had enough of this and will sell my Sonos. The support is non existent. For a product designed to give pleasure it is unacceptable that it only gives frustration.
