System owner does not make sense!!!!

In my household, apparently it is only possible to have one system owner. If I want to use Sonos voice assistant, it is not possible for me to use my OWN playlist. If the system owner is not present, I cannot add a new Sonos device nor edit my OWN Sonos device. I think this is A very poor thought through concept as everybody should be able to edit the Sonos household, or at least let the System owner give the rights to different Sonos users that are in the same household. Because now I cannot use my Sonos to my full extent and have an incredibly limited use of my own Sonos. I cannot even wake let my Sonos wake me up with my own music. And I cannot reach the Sonos customer service if I don’t wait at least 30 minutes on the line. Also, the chat feature is unusable as you start at at least eight place and have to wait extremely long. The Sonos customer service is one of the most exhausting and customer unfriendly list services. I have tried to reach in a long time.
