It's been weeks and I cannot successfully connect my Era100 to Sonos Voice Control.  Note that when I tried setting up the Sonos Voice control , Sonos app is always updated.  Please advice.

Sorry to hear that you’re having issues setting up Sonos Voice on your Era 100. I can see you have a few other voice enabled speakers in your system: are you able to add SVC to them or do you get the same issue?

A few suggestions I can give would be to reboot the Era 100 by powering it off for one to two minutes then powering it back on and attempting to add SVC again. If that doesn’t help and, if possible, try to add SVC from a different controller.

If those steps still don’t let you add SVC, then I’d recommend contacting our support team for further troubleshooting, as they have the necessary tools available to assist you in resolving this.
