As linked to above....my beam randomly turns off the microphone so you have to get up and turn it back on which defeats the point of using your voice.  It seems to happen randomly.  When it's on its own, and I can't be sure how or why it keeps disabling itself.  It has never failed to turn back on, but why does it turn off??

Do you have a cat or children?


I know a cat who can operate his MOVE.


Have you tried generating a diagnostics and contacting Sonos? They may be able to identify why it turned off - or what turned it off.
