Why doesn't “Hey Sonos” voice control recognize the Sonos radio station “SILK JAZZ”

Request: “Hey Sonos, play SILK JAZZ “

Response: “I can't find that content should I play something by silk instead?”

I'VE TRIED SAYING IT EVERY WAY I CAN THINK OF. It still doesn't recognize it

I have successfully been using Hey Sonos to play other Sonos radio stations but it just can't seem to recognize this one.
