I listen to radio A or I listened to radio A the day before, I ask SVC for radio B, answer "ok good choice" but Sonos remains on radio A, I ask for radio B again, answer "ok..." and it's radio B finally.

In this instance, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports - the logs should indicate what is happening.
