Sonos rep changed something now smart home devices arent workinf

Sonos customer service tried to help me today (for crappy app problems with the speaker!). Now two of our other smart devices won’t connect to our Network.  Does anyone gave a guess of what the Sonos rep might have done,  so i can undo it?
