I just looked at a number of posts, some as old as 2 years ago and finding out that my New Sony Smart TV with RF remote is not compatible with my new Sonos play bar. Why haven’t you guys gotten your act together to fix this problem? It seems like the majority of new TVs are now RF and your “wireless” system is not compatible. Very sad!

+18The Playbar was produced from 2013 until 2020. It was designed before 2013. How can Sonos be accountable for a shift to RF remotes since 2017?
+24Newer Sonos TV-compatible devices use HDMI-CEC which means your TV remote will be able to control its volume no matter the technology, so Sonos have already fixed this problem.
