Hi @Danielaguilarb

Hola. Welcome to the Sonos community. Thank you for reaching out to us and for letting us know about your concern. Let me help you with this.

The Sonos Beam requires a TV with an HDMI ARC port in order to use the Google Assistant to control your TV. When you add a music service like Spotify in Google Assistant app, it should have been added to your Sonos system in the Sonos app. Your Spotify account should be added to Google Assistant app for this to work. You can also add multiple accounts for the same music service. Adding multiple accounts requires that you provide a name for each account. Ensure that each account has a unique name to make it easy to identify.

When you ask your Google Assistant to play music, it will begin playing from your default music service, unless you specify a different music service in your command. For example, if your default music service is Spotify, you can listen to music on Spotify by saying "Ok Google, play jazz on Pandora." You can also select a default speaker so content always plays in a specific room without saying the room name in the command. Please keep in mind that you can add “in the (room name)” to the end of all of your commands if you want to play in a specific room. Otherwise, the music will play on the speaker that responded to your request.

Hope this helps. If you need further assistance you may also contact our phone support team. Please feel free to reach out if you have further questions or concerns, we’ll be glad to assist you.

Thanks so much
