I recently had to replace my Roam unit with a new one. It setup in “my system” just fine and works great. The problem is that the old unit still shows in the app and I want to delete. How to do?

I think the answer is: be patient: it’ll drop off after a while.

Bulls***- I moved house over2 years ago, not used some items, factory reset other items, all are still on my system listing. There is no product removal tool as far as I can tell. Happy to be instructed if someone knows.
why is this an issue?if you sell or give away an item to family it cannot be registered to a n other person.
