Currently in Sweden with my Sonos Move but without its docking charger. Plan was to operate through USB-C charging only during the trip but it doesn’t seem to be working. Any ideas/advice from across the community.

USB-C is quite complex in that there are several charging modes that can be negotiated between the charger and the device being charged.
You don’t say what actual charger you are using - as far as I can see, the Move requires a charger capable of USB-PD at 45W, 20V, 2.25A. If the charger you are using does not support that mode, it will probably not charge (or maybe charge very slowly).
