I just added a Move 2 to my system where I have one move to connected to my Sonos amp. When I add the new Move2 on WiFi it plays for maybe a minute and then on speaker stops playing. I can still control the play pause but no sound from the speaker that stops playing. I was able to get one playing on Bluetooth and the other on WiFi playing together. So I do have them working, but wanted to have the both laying over WiFi. System is up to date, restarted system…..Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Sorry to hear of this issue you are having with your Move 2 speakers - it sounds annoying, and not at all the experience we want your to have.

Could you please recreate this issue and then submit a support diagnostic, letting me know here when you have done so? Please don’t share the number given. Thanks.
