The Sonos Move

My Sonos move has just frozen. It shows that power is on, or at least the microphone light is on, but it doesn’t do anything at all no matter what buttons I type, etc. and it does not show up anymore on my Bluetooth screen. It is like it needs a hard reset  but I don’t see anything about doing a hard reset inthe instructions. Anybody have something like this happen to them?
