Sonos app is losing the system, and when I am able to connect it, during for example couple of hours system is lost several times. Music is playing but I cant get contact to it. Move. At first a year-two years ago it worked perfectly.

Sorry to hear of the issue you’ve had with connecting to your Sonos system with the app.
To give everything the best chance of working as it should, please perform the following steps:
- Turn your Move off by pressing and holding the power button for at least 5 seconds
- Turn your router off for at least 30 seconds
- Turn your router back on
- While waiting for WiFi to return, restart your phone/tablet that has the Sonos app installed.
- When WiFi is back up, turn on your Move by pressing the power button on the back
If the issue persists after this, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
