Starting an online warranty return in UK

Given the very lengthy waits for telephone or chat support I would loin to submit a warranty return claim online; this is possible according to Sonos web site but I cannot find the location of the necessary form.

Hopefully someone reading this can provide the URL to initiate an online warranty claim?

Thank you for your post and sorry for the late reply here. As you can tell we are also a little behind schedule here too 😅

Really appreciate your perseverance in this matter as I can see you managed to get through eventually and got your return started. Indeed can warranty returns only be started through a live agent. Returns for Money Back Guarantee for purchases made on sonos.com are the only return service that can be started on the website.
