Sound veiled

Hi, while it was working very well, now it produces a veiled sound whether I am connected via Bluetooth or WiFi, I don't know why since it hasn't fallen. I tried turning it on and off, checking with the app, I reset the speaker but it doesn't change the sound.

I hope you can help me.

I’d certainly submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

Maybe Trueplay has been disabled. Check the Trueplay setting.

Of course we cannot rule out hardware failure. Mother Nature is never fair.
