Sonos Roam is not powering on. I have had it for about 2 years and it has always charged properly and powered on properly. I have switched the charging cable and charging block out and also plugged into a powered USB A charging outlet without the charging adapter and left it for awhile. The charging light never comes on. I have also tried a factory reset on it. Nothing appears to resolve the issue. Any thoughts on why it might be dead and how to resurrect it (other than what I have already tried)?

I have resolved my issue with Roam not powering on. I contacted Sonos via a chat session and presented my issue. The support person told me to hold the power button down for 12 seconds which would attempt to reboot the unit. It did and it resolved my problem. I’m had previously tried a different power/charging cable and also a factory reset but neither worked.
