I have now had 3 Sonos Roam speakers, all carefully cared for, simply die and not take a charge.  I love the sound qualifty, but hate the product.  The single button and constant need to repair to blue tooth, etc., is very annoying.  They are pricey speakers for what they do and lasting only a couple of years with intermitent use is not acceptable.  I have never had this problem with a Bose portable - going back to Bose….

I tried calling Sonos Customer support several times. Waited over 45 minutes each time without anyone picking up.

I want to love Sonos, but you are making it very difficult.  

Has anyone else had similar problems with the Roam or Sonos Customer servcie?

I’m sorry to hear about your experience with your Sonos Roam’s so far and the inability to get through our Support team.

There is not much the Community can do for you on this regard, I would suggest you to give our Support Team another shot, maybe try our chat.
