Hi!!
I bought a Sonos Roam S2, i downloaded the Sonos App and i followed the steps for register the device, but i’m looping between register the device and factory reset.
For some reason while is connecting to Wifi network the Sonos App says something like “connection lost to sonos”, and i try connect again, the device appears connected to the network BUT the app tells me “"your sonos system must be factory reset before you can register it to a new account”, and here begins the loop. I dont know what happens.
Please help with this issue.
