it is simply dead. Sonos product life expectancy less than 2y … that goes well with the catastrophe of the new App release of 7th May 2024. Doomsday for all SONOS users. NEVER NEVER again. My next speaker is an Apple HomePod. This company is going to have the same fate than its products.
Have you called Sonos Support directly to discuss it?
When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
To my knowledge, they don’t do first level support via email, only a chat bot, or by phone, if you want a human involved.
Mine just has the red charging light. Nothing else. Can’t connect to my iPhone. I have 2, the other one is fine. Any help appreciated , thanks!!
