Hi there,
the Sonos Roam is supposed to indicate a low battery by flashing the orange LED. Mine does not do that. Even at 10% or less. It is new.
Any ideas?

I would recommend reaching out to our support team to discuss with them, as this doesn’t sound correct. According to our LED light support article, the Roam Battery LED should flash orange when below 15% battery. If your Roam isn’t doing that, then it could potentially be faulty, but our support team will be able to provide further information.
