Why does the Roam suck so bad? I have it plugged in and it still constantly drops the network and is impossible to get back online. Really thinking about ditching the whole system.

How are you connecting to ROAM? WiFi? Bluetooth?


We have 3 Sonos roam and have the same issue with all 3


Have been extremely frustrated with mine - always saying ‘offline’ - press any key etc etc - no luck .

 

someone told be to ‘disconnect’ any Bluetooth connections to enable wifi connection - but really too complicated. Sold my Bose to buy the Roam - with regret ! Have also spent hours with customer service trying to resolve and they just try and change frequency or internet settings - doesn’t work.
