Sonos roam charge indicator is blinking with very low density. You almost can’t see the led is blinking. Roam doesn’t react anymore. Already tried a reset. Battery dead?

Hi @YvesVuur, welcome to the Sonos Community!

I’d assume that the Roam is just low on battery and that’s why it isn’t responding, but can you see what colour the LED light is? Solid orange means it’s charging, and flashing orange means it’s low battery. I don’t think the Roam’s battery would be dead or faulty since you tried a reset, but it is possible.

If you have an orange or flashing orange LED, then I’d first suggest leaving the Roam to charge for a while before trying to power it on. It takes an hour to charge from 0% to 50% and you’ll want to make sure the charger meets the power adaptor requirements, but giving it 10/15 minutes should be good enough before trying to power it on.

If the LED is instead flashing red, then that means a fault condition has occurred and you’ll want to reach out to our support team for further support.

I hope this helps!
