I’m sorry to hear of the issue you are having with charging your Roam.
What charger are you using, please? Does it meet the specifications on our Power adapter requirements for charging Sonos Roam help page? Have you tried with a different charger?
If you are using wireless charging, please try USB-C charging, and if you are using USB-C to charge, please try wireless charging (assuming you have the option to do so) - do you see any differences? Have you tried charging with another cable?
If the charger meets specifications and you cannot get your Roam to charge no matter what you do, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
