My Sonos move speaker doesn’t appear to be charging. There is no white light bar on. The only white light on top is the speaker symbol. How can I get my speaker back up and running. 

How are you charging it? Have you checked that your USB source matches the requirements? They are type C PD power with 45W, 20V/2.25A

 

If you’re trying it via Qi, have you tried connecting the USB C directly to the speaker? Have you tried to call Sonos Support directly to discuss it?
