Hi, I have a system with 2 Moves, 2 Roams and 1 One.

As long as the Moves are in the base, all is well but as soon as I take them out, they disappear from the available devices. Sometimes I have to do a reset and sometimes I can power off and on for them to re-appear. This wasn’t the case until maybe 1-2 months ago. All firmware is up to date.

I mainly use Spotify and the speakers disappear both on the Sonos app as well as on Spotify if trying to connect from there.

Really annoying. Any hints for a sustainable solution?

This is very unusual behaviour - I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team, who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
