In a nutshell, I am running a SPA with 3 cabines, which each of them have a Sonos Move.
I purchased them a little bit less than 2 years ago. Two of them are used daily, a third one has been rarely used. Today, all of them are not charging anymore on their support, but I was able to charge via the USB.
I tried the solution provided on the different forum, which indicate that if the problem persists, you need to contact Sonos Support.
I tried to call the line in Switzerland. First time, the waiting time is 40 minutes. 10 minutes later, the waiting time is 50 minutes.
I tried the chat, doesn’t work.
Is there a solution to this problem ? Is it the charging base that have an issue .
