My Sonos move is flashing white, I have tried multiple times to do a factory reset. I have no chime when I turn it off like the reset mentions. Speaker also no longer is showing up on the app. I have updated my network with no success to the speaker. 

Has anyone successfully done a factory reset without hearing the charm etc. 

Is the speaker done with?

A flashing white LED means either the speaker is booting up or it’s connecting to your Wi-Fi network. If white is the only colour that the LED is then it’s better to leave the speaker to fully power on/connect, and a Factory Reset shouldn’t be necessary.

Does the LED change to a different colour at any point? If so, the article I linked above should have steps regarding what to do for each LED colour.

The Factory Reset process is different for the Move and Move 2 over other Sonos products, but if you’re following the process correctly and it’s not giving you the chime, then I’d recommend reaching out to our support team to troubleshoot further with them.
