I went camping and used my move for it’s awesome portability and bluetooth ability.  Upon return, not only could i not reconnect it to my home network, i’ve had to delete accounts, hard reset my move and ray, and i’m not only unable to get them to work-- but i have zero bluetooth capability on my move.  I don’t know if i pushed a secret sequence of buttons on the back, but it’s kaput. I can’t get my network back and can’t even use bluetooth.  help, please.

This is totally confusing. Why would you have to reset your Ray because of malfunction with your Move it makes no sense. Also why would you have to delete accounts and what accounts were deleted? Since you can’t get the Move on-line there’s no need to run a diagnostic for its sake. However, I would call Sonos tech support and let them run a diagnostic to look at your network.

Yeah, I'm with Aj on this one. Call SONOS because you're all over the place.

And why are you here? What has this got to do with a turntable?

One thing I will say about the ROAM is that the button holds and presses required for the various power and conx functions can be frustrating..

@mikepoe77

And just to add… if you are talking about a Move Gen1 after a reset there isn’t an out of the box bluetooth functionality. You can use bt just after adding the speaker via wifi to your system.

I have had issues with Move 1s in the past and they were always fixed by a power cycle.  And by that I mean holding the power button for at least 7 seconds until you hear a descending tone.  Then a second long press to turn it on again.

Thanks all. Oddly, while i’d been home fighting with the system for 2 days, alas last night suddenly the app decided to tell me both products needed a software update. Bob’s your uncle… Cheers.
