Sonos Move - Battery Depleted

I have many Sonos products including the Move and the Move ring charger. 

 

Just noticed the lights blinking red while sitting in the charger. 

Tried to plug it in and gives me the orange blinking I'm charging lights.

The app says, "battery depleted."

 

Please help!

I'm afraid this thing is dead.

Contact Sonos Support. It looks like you may need a replacement battery.
