Sonos Move 2 Not Connecting to Phone via Bluetooth

I just purchase the Move 2.

I am unable to connect it to my phone via bluetooth.  I have an android phone - samsung galaxy s21. 

The move 2 does not show up on the list of bluetooth devices when I place it in pairing mode and scan for it on my phone.

I was able to successfully add the move 2 to the sonos app.  I have never had any issues with any other bluetooth device on my phone.

I even tried to reset the sonos move 2 but still the same issue.


Please help

Ok nevermind, I figured out issue was with the phone.  For some reason, I had to turn it into airplane mode with bluetooth on to get it to recognize the device.
