Just bought a Move 2. This wouldn’t set up because there is an update. Sonos app stops updating error 1014 comes up. I have rebooted router. All other systems fine in house. And, helplines closed an hour earlier than advertised. Please help.

I am in the exact same situation. Picked up a Move 2 today. When trying to update, I am met with the same error code.
Update, chat (US area) came to rescue; asked for error code share via app; my error code was showing a ‘stabbed set’. He did something remotely-hey presto!
So, log into chat help-any country which would have daytime working hours.
Same problem here even if I have factory reset move 2 and app
