I purchased a single Roam last year and now want to purchase a second Roam to create a stereo pair. Problem is, I don’t know if the original one I purchased is a Roam or a Roam 2. Naturally, I want a perfect match.
Is there a way of identifying which Roam I have? I show Model S27 on the base, but that doesn’t seem to be cross-referenced on Amazon.

I wouldn’t worry about it. The Roam and Roam 2 are sonically the same. The changes were in the controls. However, if you insist on buying 2 of the same, the way to tell a Roam from a Roam 2 is the Roam 2 has a dedicated Bluetooth button, the Roam does not.
