Roam not working. Totally unresponsive

My sonos roam appears in the app but says it is offline.  I have tried everything to charge it and the orange light comes on when I connect it to usb-c.  However even if I hold the reset for 15 seconds, 25 seconds, 5 seconds, the white light will not come on.

 

Please help.

If you are still having trouble with your Roam, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.

Be sure you are charging the Roam with at least a 5V/2A (10W) USB power adapter.

Yes.

”The light will show for ten seconds after the portable Sonos product has been connected to power. The product will continue charging when the light turns off.”
