White light on won’t respond to power button for 10 seconds. I can hear the switch click. tried The Play/Pause hold and then power button. nothing. Suggestions?

Can’s shut off or make lights change at all.
Maybe try holding the rear power button for a lot longer than 10 seconds - see if holding it pressed for 30 seconds will recover it - make sure it’s off its charger when you hold the button and then return it to a USB-C charger in between your attempts.
