Roam: Bluetooth keeps disconnecting

Paired Roam with my Mac successfully. Works for a while then switches to wifi. How can I turn off wifi or stop the switching. I want to use the bluetooth pairing with my Mac.

That sounds annoying, and certainly shouldn’t happen.

Do you have any other Bluetooth devices in the vicinity, that have been paired to the Mac previously? If so, please try removing them.

It may also help to keep any local interference to a minimum. Please see our Reducing Wireless Interference page for more help.

If these steps don’t help, I recommend you submit a diagnostic immediately after it next happens and record the number given prior to getting in touch with our technical support team, who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system. Thanks.
