I get reliable sound quality on my Roam via bluetooth connection. But when I use that bluetooth Roam as the source for a group of speakers on my system via wifi, the sound constantly dropps for a split second---over and over again--on the wifi connect speakers, while the roam speaker remains constant.

That suggests a certain amount of wifi interference in the environment. Not enough to disturb normal Sonos streams, but just enough to bother the amount of bandwidth needed by sharing the Bluetooth connection.
