I have two Sonos Roams (God know why I bought a second one).  One is a replacement for a replacement and has never worked properly - doesn’t respond to Alexa and keeps falling off the network and this was before the new app.  The 2nd Roam I have has been working well but since I have upgraded to the new app it falls off the system once or twice a day and with the new app you can’t even see it on the system whereas with the old app you can see which Sonos’ are offline.  I also have 4 x Play1 and they seem to work with the new app.  The new app is awful to use I find it really difficult.

I’m sooooo fed up I’m probably going to buy an echo speaker/google assistant or even a macpod as I need a smartspeaker in my kitchen and am loathe to purchase Sonos.l
