Why do I have to listen to “Sonos” advertisement when I start my Move. I have already paid for the product and object to having to listen to “Sonos Ad’s” when I turn on my Move. How do I disable this?

Sonos doesn’t put ads in when you start up your Move. They do, however, purchase ads on various streaming companies content, perhaps you’re hearing that when you start a stream? What stream are you playing?
