Hi everyone, i just founded closed topic about the same problem. 
The Orange LED of death.
I just discovered two days ago that my Roam no more charging on the wireless charger. 
Battery was empty so, i just say to myself, what a pity, the wireless charger is no more working. Lets charge the Roam the old way!

AND i plugged it. One night, One day. Nothing, just the little Orange light just here to say THERE IS HOPE!
And when i wanna turn on, nothing happend. The hope disappeared.
so, go to sonos.com and to ask the community! and there i discovered that i’m not the only one, sadly…
and nothing can help me to change it, just i want to be in contact with someone from sonos. 

Will i be heard?
