Move not Responding

After working for around 6 months my Move has stopped responding. I get 10 seconds of amber light when I put it on the charging station then nothing else - no other lights work and none of the controls work. I can connect to the Move via Bluetooth but the sound is not good. I’ve tried a reset but that doesn’t seem to work either.

 

My Amp is working fine on my network

I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic and call Sonos Support to discuss it.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and network.
