For whatever reason. Every time I unplug the charging base for my Move, Alexa will stop responding to voice commands.

I’ve tried removing and and readding Alexa in both the Sonos and Alexa apps. This has worked before but now I’m getting an error message when trying to readd Sonos in the Alexa app.

Is this a new issue or an ongoing one?

 

You can ensure your Sonos and Alexa apps are updated to the latest version. And unplug your Move from the power source for 10 seconds, then plug it back in and wait for it to reconnect to Wi-Fi.


@MarkK11 I gave this a go but no luck this time.

@Diekmattin I spoke to customer support, and they said there is a time/date issue with the sonos app that’s causing this. There will be an update soon apparently...
