I have been shipped 3 Move refurbished units in a row that will not power on.   No lights whatsoever.  Anyone else experiencing this or have a solution?  I’ve plugged them in for 24 hours and still nothing.

Be sure to check the silly stuff, such as a power cord that is not fully inserted or a power outlet that is switched OFF.


triple checked, tried 2 different Move charging cradles and 3 different USB-C cords including the one charging my ROAM.  Nada….

 


Make sure that the USB-C charger meets the specs given here,


they meet spec.
