My move keeps getting red flashing lights on front

If you have a Move 2 and it’s the LED above the Sonos logo, then it can either mean the product wasn’t setup within 30 minutes if the LED is only flashing red, or the Move failed to update if the LED is flashing both red and white.

But if the battery LED is flashing red, which the lowest led on the front of the Sonos Move, then that mean the product is experiencing a fault condition. You can view all the LED statuses and their explanations on our Sonos LED lights support article.

I suspect it’s a fault condition if you’ve been using the Move previously, so you’ll need to reach out to our support team for further assistance.
