I have the same problem. My other sonos devices (arc, beam) work fine. I’ve torn down my entire sonos install, and I always get the perpetual wheel of death described above by smithde201 when it comes to the move 2. I spent almost 2 hours on the phone with sonos customer support. After many restarts, installing other devices, etc., sonos said it is a reported issue with “android devices”. Sonos could not provide any specics regarding which devices or version of android (after suggesting I waste more time trying another android device). Sonos said they are working on it with no timing for resolution. I asked sonos to post the issue on their support website.
