Move 2 left tweeter not working

Hey everyone 
I have an issue with my Sonos Move 2 speaker

As said in the title, my left tweeter suddenly stopped working. 
I tested via audio sample with distinct left/right channel changes, confirmed it myself later

Speaker is currently running latest update
System version - 16.1.1 (build 78152020)
Sonos OS - S2

Even though you can’t hear it much due to main speaker being still in tact, tbh I’m devastated, I only bought it in February
Another problem is that I bought it abroad, there are no official Sonos representatives in Georgia, so I have no idea where can I go for potential repairs


My questions to community:

  1. ​​​​​​​Have anyone experienced the same issue?
  2. If so, did you fix it?
  3. How can I 100% confirm that this is a hardware issue?

The issue was resolved with kind support of Stefan N from technical support team!

I have no idea what caused the problem, but it was a software issue. Force reboot did not work, factory reset did the trick

Whole left channel was not working, including woofer
