move 2 cannot be connected to account using updated app

Anyone having this issue and found a solution?

have tried resetting and restarting everything. All my old units work fine.

have heard it is the new app having a bug- cannot make it work with my wife’s probably too old app either

really frustrating

I am having the same problem. Super frustrating. Every Sonos “upgrade” is a major downgrade in quality and ease of use in my opinion. Ok.. so how many hours will I need to spend fixing this? Come on.
