Why is the system not visible in the app when connected to Bluetooth? I use the system in a boat and do not have WiFi. I can play music but I cannot use the Sonos app. Poor design or is it just me?

Without WiFi, what “system” do you expect to see?

Battery status etc. I have no indications at all on the system. Perhaps some sound settings?

Yup, you’re limited to the “low battery” LED, I think.

So poor design. Why have a limitation to only use the app when connected to a WiFi. That kills the entire idea of having a mobile system. The name Move should be obvious. You seldom move your WiFi around.

The Ace does seem to share it’s battery status in the app when connected via bluetooth. Maybe this would also be possible for older portable devices?
