Reading the Reddit thread it sounds just like the set up issue with ikea speakers and some amp and port owners have reported. Not surprised, it’s basically on brand for Sonos ATM.
It’s pathetic that some are saying it’s just a software issue and you need to be patient

That would be bad enough but, according to the Reddit thread, Sonos support says it’s a technical issue not a documentation issue.
